It is early 2023 when Patrick, final year vet student and Szabolcs, PhD researcher in the field of equine dentistry, started working on their project after-hours. 

"There must be a better way!" has quite often come to the minds of the two while performing specialized dental procedures at the renowned Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ghent University, Belgium. 

Inspired by these everyday difficulties they set out to improve the lives of veterinarians and patients alike through the creation of new, improved and specialized veterinary instruments. Soon the first promising prototypes were fit for vigorous clinical testing and are being released into the wild, one by one, through this website!

All FØG Originals instruments are proudly handmade in Germany. Highly skilled craftsmen ensure highest levels of quality in the production of instruments that should last your whole career.
As our instruments are made to order, every future design update can be implemented from the next produced unit onwards. Manufacturing this way also gives us the possibility to take on special requests satisfying our customers' preferences.

The brand "FØG - Øutrageous veterinary equipment and tools" is a collaboration between two sole proprietorships:
